Our official Black Friday Sale commences to the general public at 12:01am NZTime on Friday 22nd November 2024. Sale prices are as marked and no further discount code is required during the sale. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended on Friday 29th of November 2022 at 11:59pm NZ Time. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above. 

Any other discount codes/offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale Offer, including the 10% off sign up discount voucher. This voucher can only be used on full priced items only

• Black Friday discount of up to 50% off sale the displayed recommended retail price (RRP) is valid whilst the discount is automatically applied sitewide. The discount or Black Friday promotions will not be honoured at any other time.
• Our Black Friday up to 50% off sale the RRP discount will be available online only.
• Discount offered is off the product item's original RRP (not off any bulk item discount).
• Discount is not available on Trade or Wholesale pricing.
• Our Black Friday up to 50% off  discount can not be used in conjunction with any other promo code, including welcome offer.
• Our Black Friday up to 50% off Sale discount can not be used to purchase gift vouchers. Valid gift vouchers can be applied to purchases during this time. 
• Our Black Friday up to 50% off Sale discount can be applied to SALE product i.e. 30% more off the original SALE price.
• Items purchased during the Black Friday sale can be refunded or exchanged inline with our existing refunds and exchange T&C’s.

SHIPPING TIMES- Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch on any business day given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period.- Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers NZ Post and DHL Express given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers.
