All orders placed online are currently shipped:
New Zealand wide through NZ POST
International through DHL
FREE SHIPPING - Orders over $140
FREE LOCAL PICK UP FROM ST.ALBANS, CHCH

$8- Orders under $140 to NZ urban city addresses
$12 to NZ Rural/RD addresses
Please select the correct option at checkout to avoid delays. Selecting the wrong shipping will result in our courier system not processing your order to create a shipping label.

Processing and Shipping Timeframe

We do our best to process your order in 1-3 business days (often the next day it's on the courier).Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you after your order has been packed.

Any dispatch delays will be advertised on our website header and social media.

Your order should be to you overnight or 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Allow an extra day for rural deliveries.

Please note the time frame stated above updates is a guide. Once your order has left our
warehouse, we have no control over delivery times or any unforeseen
circumstances such as COVID, public holidays and Christmas period delays.

Refund or Returns

You must return any products for a refund back to our warehouse within 14 days of dispatch.
Any returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, and in new, unused and unopened condition.
The return cost is on the customer unless there is an error on our part communicated to you.
We reserved the right to refuse a refund if used, damaged and/or not in the original packaging. The items will be returned to you at your cost.

Please note that packaging of items may damage in transit with the courier. We do our best to protect the items however some damage may be unavoidable and we apologise for this.
Underwear, sanitary items and breast pads are not refundable as stated on our website due to hygienic purposes

Standard delivery usually takes around 2-4 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
